For security purposes, we may occasionally ask you to scan a debit or credit card. We may also request permission to access your phone’s camera to help us update your account info and verify your identity.
To scan a card:
- Tap the Account icon and select “Wallet”.
- Select “Add Payment Method” and then “Credit or Debit Card”.
- Tap the camera icon and allow access (if prompted).
- Use your phone’s camera to scan an image of your card.
If we contact you to request a card scan to reactivate your account, you can provide some additional info here instead. This helps us keep your account secure.
