How to issue a refund

You may at all times request us to partially or fully refund your JET Money balance.

Please note the following:

1. This applies only to purchases of JET and does not apply to voucher codes or JCredits you received from promotional credits, gift cards or other sources of JCredits.
2. You can only request us to refund your unused Money balance.
3. You can request us to refund either your full Money balance or a specific top-up transaction.
