
If you choose the payment method Blik or Pay-by-Links (transfer), you have 10 minutes to make the payment. Only after payment will the order be delivered to the restaurant. If you do not pay for your order within this time, it will be automatically canceled without a fee. During these 10 minutes, we have no technical possibility to cancel the order.
Important information that will help you use Blik:
- Payment is made not in the Uber Eats application, but in a separate window to which you will be redirected after placing the order. After entering the code, you need to confirm the transaction in the banking application.
- The payment window opens in the browser that is set as default on your phone.
- The order will be canceled if you enter an incorrect code several times
- If there is an error during payment, take a screenshot and send it to our User Support Team with a detailed description of the situation - this will help us improve the order processing process.
